We carefully ship all orders using trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier selection is based on destination, package size, and delivery efficiency to ensure the best possible experience.

At this time, we are unable to ship to APO or DPO addresses.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout
Free shipping promotions apply to the contiguous United States only
Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada do not qualify for free shipping

Alaska & Hawaii

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order
At this time, we are unable to accept returns for orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii

Deliveries to Canada

Free shipping does not apply to Canada
All prices are listed in USD
A currency converter is available on our website for estimated CAD pricing

For USPS shipments:

Duties and taxes are not included at checkout
These charges are determined by local customs authorities
The customer (recipient) is solely responsible for paying all duties and taxes upon delivery
Stapelstein® is unable to prepay, adjust, or reimburse these charges

Please note that USPS does not allow duties and taxes to be billed to the sender.

Canada Returns

Due to high international shipping costs:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
Returns are eligible for a refund of product value only
Original shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable

Returns must include a valid tracking number. Returns without tracking may not be processed.

Shipping Delays (Canada)

Due to ongoing carrier disruptions, shipments to Canada may experience delays.

While this is outside of our control, we are actively monitoring the situation and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Canada: 3–7 business days
