NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION

The 10 Year Anniversary – 10 Sprinkles Giveaway ("Giveaway") begins on June 18, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on June 21, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").

By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Stapelstein Corp. ("Sponsor"), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and all other U.S. territories and possessions are not eligible to enter.

Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Promotion Entities") are not eligible to enter or win. Immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouses, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of such individuals, whether or not related, are also not eligible to enter or win.

This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

PRIZES

Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) Stapelstein® Sprinkles element.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize: $79 USD.

Total ARV of all prizes: $790 USD.

Only one (1) prize per person and per household will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Sponsor makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, regarding any prize. All prize details are determined solely by Sponsor.

HOW TO ENTER

During the Promotion Period:

Join the official Stapelstein North America Instagram broadcast channel (@stapelstein.northamerica), "The Stapelstein Playbook";
Like the designated giveaway message posted in the broadcast channel; and
Comment on the giveaway message with your favorite Stapelstein memory.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

Automated, robotic, programmed, or otherwise fraudulent entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

All entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Sponsor's database clock shall be the official timekeeper for this Giveaway.

WINNER SELECTION

Ten (10) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor within approximately five (5) business days following the end of the Promotion Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor's decisions regarding the selection of winners and all matters relating to the Giveaway shall be final and binding.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified via Instagram direct message within approximately two (2) to five (5) business days after the Promotion Period ends.

Potential winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification to claim their prize. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Sponsor shall not be responsible for unsuccessful efforts to notify any potential winner.

PRIVACY

Any personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used solely for the administration of the Giveaway and prize fulfillment and will be handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at:

By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their information for the purposes described herein.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, technical malfunctions, unauthorized human intervention, lost or delayed communications, or any other errors that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway.

If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway.
