Educator Appreciation Bundle GiveawayOFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION

The Educator Appreciation Bundle Giveaway ("Giveaway") begins on July 20, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on July 27, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").

By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Stapelstein Corp. ("Sponsor"), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and all other U.S. territories and possessions are not eligible to enter. Eligible teachers and educators are fully permitted and encouraged to enter the Giveaway to nominate themselves.

Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Promotion Entities") are not eligible to enter or win. Immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouses, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of such individuals, whether or not related, are also not eligible to enter or win.

This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. PRIZES

Five (5) winners will each receive an Educator Appreciation Bundle containing:

  1. One (1) Stapelstein® Original Rainbow Classic Set

  2. One (1) Stapelstein® Original Rainbow Pastel Set

  3. Two (2) Stapelstein® Boards (Mono-color)

  4. One (1) Stapelstein® Super Confetti Element

  5. One (1) Stapelstein® Play 

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize: $710 USD.

Only one (1) prize per person and per household will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Sponsor makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, regarding any prize. All prize details are determined solely by Sponsor.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Promotion Period, participants must complete the following steps on Instagram:

  1. Follow @stapelstein.northamerica 

  2. Like the official Giveaway post

  3. Tag a favorite teacher or educator in the comments. (Self-nominations by eligible educators are fully permitted)

  4. Include where they teach or work and why they deserve the bundle

  5. Encourage others to like the comment nomination

Limit: One (1) entry per person. Entrants may choose to nominate a third-party educator or submit a single self-nomination, provided all eligibility requirements are met.

Automated, robotic, programmed, or otherwise fraudulent entries (including the artificial inflation of comment "likes" via bots or paid services) are prohibited and will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. All entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Sponsor's database clock shall be the official timekeeper for this Giveaway.


5. WINNER SELECTION

The five (5) eligible nominations whose comments receive the highest number of valid "likes" during the Promotion Period will be selected as the potential winners.

The review and verification of the top-liked comments will be conducted by the Sponsor within approximately five (5) business days following the end of the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of likes received on an eligible comment. Sponsor's decisions regarding the selection of winners and all matters relating to the Giveaway shall be final and binding.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The users who posted the winning nominations will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) within approximately two (2) to five (5) business days after the Promotion Period ends.

Potential winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification to claim their prize and provide shipping details for the designated educator/space. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner with the next highest number of likes may be selected. Sponsor shall not be responsible for unsuccessful efforts to notify any potential winner.

7. PRIVACY

Any personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used solely for the administration of the Giveaway and prize fulfillment and will be handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at:

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, technical malfunctions, unauthorized human intervention, lost or delayed communications, or any other errors that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway. If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, participants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram or Meta.
