Social Media and Communications Manager
Your tasks
- Content Creation: creation of relevant content from conception to publication is in your hands, and you always have an eye on the feedback from our community.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to promote promotions, sales, and product launches effectively through social media channels.
- Data Analysis: Utilize social media analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of our social media efforts, making data-driven improvements.
- Trend Spotting: Stay current with the latest social media trends and technologies, implementing innovative strategies to enhance our online presence.
- Community Management: Contact person for our community and support general questions about Stapelstein® in our Social Media Channels and communities
- Budget Management: Handle influencer compensation budgets, ensuring fair compensation while adhering to financial guidelines.
- Communication: Support communication with influencers, partners, collaborators and the handling of requests for cooperations.
- Project management: Support of the planning, executing, monitoring, and completion of marketing initiatives
- Event Support: Representation of the brand at fairs, product launches, community events and other events.
What you bring
- Excellent language skills in English, optional in Spanish or French
- A self-starter and efficient team player that is process-driven and quality-oriented with sharp attention to detail
- Creative thinking and a “make it happen” mindset at all touchpoints of the organization Ideally at least three years of experience combined between marketing/brand agency and/or technology industry desired, integrated marketing or comms strategy experience preferred
- An understanding of the different social and marketing channels and how to best connect with our customers in each channel
- You stand behind the Stapelstein philosophy and can confidently communicate it to the outside world. Ideally, you know your way around the toy industry.
